downloadable overview ( to be translated)

The BWS (Blade Wax Shaper) series replaces the old FAL1. Same blade dimensions, electrical safety upgraded, possible with internal electronic regulator.

Spare parts available for the maintenance of FAL1 irons.

heater element with aluminum heat spreader and double isolated wires: C_RES1_XXX

50W

100W

C_RES1_050

C_RES1_100

The heater element C_RES1_050 is indicated when the tool has to be left ON all the time.
the blade temperature rises beyond 180°C; the barrel temperature may reach 380°C

The heater element C_RESSL080 below is indicated when higher volumes have to be modeled or when the working rate is high;
the blade temperature will rise above 280°C; the barrel can reach 500°C.

The heater element C_RES1_100 is indicated when high power is needed for very big pieces;
the blade temperature will rise above 300°C; the barrel temperature can easily exceed 520°C

  80W
  C_RESSL080

the heater element C_RESSL080 can be mounted directly into the original blade #1 - LAME1

Blade #1 (LAME1) modified to incorporate mode efficiently the new heater elements = LAME1TRANS
C_LAME1TR

The blade LAME1TRANS is indicated as a spare part for used FAL1 blades as long as the counter nut in the handle allows the fixing;
it can be delivered equipped with an adequate heater element as shown below.
The precision-machined piece allows for optimized heat transfer to the blade, reducing the high spot temperature on the heating element which allows for better lifetime.
The increased mass around the heater element stabilizes the temperature.
In order to reduce the heat transfer towards the handle, the wall thickness between the barrel and the fixing screw has been reduced.

C_LAMETR050

C_LAMETR080

C_LAMETR100

C_BWS050HT (LAME N°1 with heater element C_BWS_050HEA) is indicated when the tool has to be left ON all the time.
the blade temperature rises beyond 180°C; the barrel temperature may reach 380°C

C_BWS080HT (LAME N°1 with heater element C_BWS_080HEA)  is indicated when higher volumes have to be modeled or when the working rate is high;
the blade temperature will rise above 280°C; the barrel can reach 500°C.

The heater element C_LAMETR100 (LAME N°1 with heater element C_BWS_100HEA) is indicated when high power is needed for very big pieces;
the blade temperature will rise above 300°C; the barrel temperature can easily exceed 520°C

FAL2 Note: the new series SBWS (Small Blade Wax Shaper) replaces the FAL2.

SBWS
(Small Blade Wax Shaper : equipped with the blade shape #2 - LAME N° 2. Standard power 50W.

We have developed the SBWSB which accepts Blade #1 and Spade#1 for higher power.
