The heater element C_RES1_050
is indicated when the tool has to be left ON all the time.
the blade temperature rises beyond 180°C; the barrel temperature
may reach 380°C |
The heater element C_RESSL080
below is indicated when higher volumes have to be modeled or
when the working rate is high;
the blade temperature will rise above 280°C; the barrel can
reach 500°C. |
The heater element C_RES1_100
is indicated when high power is needed for very big pieces;
the blade temperature will rise above 300°C; the barrel
temperature can easily exceed 520°C |

the heater element C_RESSL080
can be mounted directly into the original blade #1 - LAME1 |
| |
|
|
|
Blade #1 (LAME1) modified to incorporate
mode efficiently the new heater elements = LAME1TRANS
C_LAME1TR

The blade LAME1TRANS
is indicated as a spare part for used FAL1 blades as long as the
counter nut in the handle allows the fixing;
it can be delivered equipped with an adequate heater element as
shown below.
The precision-machined piece allows for optimized heat transfer
to the blade, reducing the high spot temperature on the heating element
which allows for better lifetime.
The increased mass around the heater element stabilizes the temperature.
In order to reduce the heat transfer towards the handle, the
wall thickness between the barrel and the fixing screw has been reduced. |
