Our handles are made of Makrolon® (Bayer).
This is a very good insulator, both electrical and thermal.
Is copes with up to 135°C,
withstands wax and solder slacks (Test IEC 60695-2-13) and
is remarkably impact, drop and hit resistant
The BWS handles are made of UL94V0 Makrolon 9425, whilst
the MWS and RTI handles are made with UL94HB Makrolon 2805, more adequate for the molding shapes.

the BWS handle BWS0000H fits to
- the industrial SM series of solder irons from 80 to 500W with 18mm shaft,
- the pallet iron SMP (on request)
- the lost wax irons BWS series from 40 to 125W

this BWS handle permits heavy to very heavy work
it comes with an incorporated on-off switch
our electronic regulator BWSE can be built in for power levels up to 150W

the handle MWS0000H is used for different applications and tools:

the MWS, MAS and DWS series of wax irons,
the SBWS and SBWSB wax irons.
this MWS handle is very light;
the triangular form offers positive positioning for repeatable manipulations with very few stress

The new hairpin HWS iron has a dedicated handle.

the handle RTI0000H is used for:

the RTI wax iron and
the FHT micro solder iron
the RTI handle is the smallest possible handle still offering good reliability
